EK&C Summer Camp 2017

We cannot get enough of our partnership with Extreme Kids & Crew!

This July and August, we followed up our successful After-School program with a 6-session Summer Camp serving 10 students. The program included workshops in the gallery and in the classroom.

EK&C workshops combine traditional drawing and paper media with sensory activities that keep kids engaged and moving! This summer, we explored kite-making, stamping, printmaking and sculpture.

For our final project, we explored hand building with air-dry clay. Students sculpted pots, boxes, animals, characters and other objects from their imaginations. We also said goodbye to the beloved Ms. Jolene -- she will be sorely missed!

Thanks to EK&C for another great season -- we can't wait to work with you again in the fall!
