Drawing Together 12/14/13: Happy Holidays!

We had a great time at Drawing Together this morning! The theme was "Winter Wonderland," and Teaching Artist Meghan Keane asked parents & kids to envision their own magical wonderland scenes.

They imagined what kids of creatures they might encounter in these landscapes-- everything from reindeer, to bunnies, to fierce-looking hybrid creatures appeared.

Then, Meghan asked participants to create masks representing one character from their Wonderland. Have a look at what they came up with!!

A big THANKS to all of our amazing DT families who have come out on cold Saturday mornings to draw with us and support our organization. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and we look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year!
